I had decided to move on from this issue. I did reply to a few peoples responses to my initial post to clear up a few issues. Even to let people know that Z1 did fix the order issues and that this was just about getting the wrong stuff to begin with as to give Z1 a fair shake. I understand that Z1 feels the need to defend themselves about this post and I guess now I will take time out of my work schedule to do the same. As I explained before I had time to write this initial post cause I was once again waiting on correct parts to come in from Z1. I have barely been on the forums for the past couple of years cause I have been busy with my business. So I would like to thank Z1 for giving me this free time to contribute to the Z forums. I hope everyone finds it informative. I did receive a call from a Z1 employee (not Mr. Floyd) that friday evening around 6:15pm but was unable to answer the phone cause I was at a Gokart track participating in a Z club event. I also received a text from another Z1 employee(not Mr. Floyd) shortly there after in which I explained i was occupied and would get back with them at the start of this week. Was also informed that the last messed up order was being overnighted to me. I appreciate that. I didn't have to wait 3 or 4 days for problem to be resolved. I kind of think that's how all the messed up orders should have been handled since this is a business thing. Guess posting on the forums actually got some positive action taken since my discuss every time I had to call Z1 with an issue didn't. I was going to call them back, even though I realize by posting this honest review was going to end my business with them, but after hearing the message from there owner on saturday evening left on my phone I decided there really wasn't a point in it. I took it as nothing more than excuses and that doesn't pay the bills. That being said I will address a couple of those now. "optional couplers was supposedly incorrect" - Supposedly incorrect?? I know how to use a ruler, one was 2" one was 1 3/4". You think I'm trying to scam you for a coupler, really?really? Order placed at Znationals - I did place the order at the event but had them shipped. So there was no confusion during the day. So in the days after the Nats they should have been able to handle it. Orders placed during Black Friday - If you are not prepared to handle the increased amount of orders during such a sale then don't have it unless you want to put a disclaimer saying that we may not be able to get your orders correct because of this increased volume of sales. References to recent orders only being the issue - ok ....customer before this current customers project. Received wrong style injector orings. Also discovered that the shifter bracket she had ordered before bringing car to me was the wrong one. Customer before that one ordered a complete trim kit but was missing the 2 small trim pieces. I ordered the trim for my slicktop but was missing the attaching clips. I also sent my ecu in to get flashed and asked specifically to make sure it would recognize Datascan. It didn't so had to send back. I wont even go into the issue of on my other Z that only sees 2 track events (ZDAYZ, and ZNats) a year has been through 3 sets of Z1 rotors in 5 years because of cracking. Got a small discount on second set and payed full price for the 2 piece ones I have now. Made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. This was also conveyed to Mr. Floyd in the below mentioned text in which I got no response. I also have pictures of both sets that cracked. Your Zinc coating does not do much for corrosion. I also asked for a couple woodruff keys (worth about $1) to be sent with the idler pulley screw up in which I was told they would send. Guess what they didn't get sent. This was not something I ordered initially from Z1 but figured it was the least they could do for the pulley mess up. I don't take actions like this just because of one or 2 or 3 or 4 mistakes cause yes we are all human, but as I said this is costing me time and money. It really really bothers me that this will effect my relationship with a few employees at Z1 . I believe in my shoes that if they weren't able to collect a paycheck at the end of the week because of a companies mess ups time and time again they would do the same thing whether they had friends at the company or not. I sincerely hope they understand that this is a business/$ issue and I hope even though I wont be using Z1 for parts anymore that we can still remain Z friends at the big events. I also want to address the comments about going straight to Mr. Floyd about the issues. All though I never called him about the order mess ups I did speak to him via text last year about defining a business relationship between Z1 and GriggZgarage in which he told me he would have his guy in charge of that give me a call. I waited 3 weeks and never heard anything. I then sent him another 2 texts saying so but never got a response. I probably should have gotten the hint that they didn't need my business but instead my dumbass continued to send them more business. That's my bad..... I really have nothing left to say about this unless I see something posted that I find is inaccurate whether its about me or Z1.
